Role summary
Agilent seeks an Enterprise Strategic Program Manager to oversee laboratory-wide service programs at customer sites in South Korea. The role involves designing and implementing complex integrated support solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining profit and loss responsibility for customized enterprise programs.

- Manage program budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall project structure
- Build and sustain client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional and multi-vendor project teams and coordinate contributions
- Conduct risk assessments, oversee customer asset tagging, and onboard third-party service providers
