Role summary
Catalent seeks a Facilities Engineer for its Madison biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves managing complex utility systems, facility compliance, and cross-functional projects in a 263,000 sq. ft. GMP environment.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
- 3+ years facilities operation/automation engineering in cGMP environment, or Master's with 1+ years experience
- Experience in biopharmaceutical facilities preferred
- Building automation systems (BAS) experience preferred
- Cross-department facility or site improvement project leadership experience a plus
What you'll be doing
- Support and maintain HVAC, process utilities, and bio-containment systems
- Assess utility system capacity and drive improvement and maturity projects
- Draft standard operating procedures for building operations and maintenance
- Troubleshoot facility problems and provide engineering guidance on facility projects
- Maintain facility design files and ensure compliance with quality management systems
