What you'll be doing

Sustain, troubleshoot, and improve bonding equipment and manufacturing systems for high-volume production
Own day-to-day manufacturing performance including yield, utilization, throughput, and efficiency metrics
Develop and execute experimental plans, DOEs, and risk assessments for new product transfers
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability, throughput, and process capability
Troubleshoot bonding equipment, automation systems, and process issues across manufacturing platforms
