What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters including harassment, discrimination, conduct, and retaliation cases
- Conduct thorough, objective investigations; gather evidence, interview parties, document findings and recommendations
- Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to resolve sensitive employee matters
- Analyze employee relations data and trends; develop dashboards and reporting for organizational insights
- Interpret and apply company policies while identifying gaps and recommending enhancements
