Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Conduct thorough, impartial HR investigations into policy breaches across EMEA region countries
- Advise managers and employees on performance management, discipline, grievance, and conflict resolution matters
- Prepare documented investigation records including plans, interview notes, and findings summaries
- Present investigation findings to HR, Legal, and business leadership stakeholders
- Manage employee relations cases from intake through closure using case management systems
