Role summary

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities with sound judgment
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- SPHR or PHR certification preferred; Spanish fluency an asset
What you'll be doing
- Provide day-to-day employee relations coaching and guidance to leaders, managers, and associates
- Conduct workplace investigations, document findings, and recommend risk mitigation actions
- Review corrective actions, performance management, and termination documentation with managers
- Partner with Legal team on complex issues including terminations and medical accommodations
- Develop and deploy manager effectiveness and HR compliance training programs
