What you'll be doing
- Lead and advise on high-risk cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, misconduct, and discrimination matters across UK, Ireland, and South Africa
- Support collective consultations, negotiations, and industrial relations strategies with legal counsel partnership
- Develop, review, and implement employee relations and labor relations policies; monitor legal changes and advise leaders
- Guide organizational restructures, TUPE transfers, and change programs with risk assessment and consultation frameworks
- Design and deliver employee relations and labor relations training to business leaders to enhance capability and reduce risk
