Generate revenue by collaborating with teams on billable service offerings like preventive maintenance
Communicate with customers about completed work and follow-up plans
Maintain spare parts inventory, company vehicle, and assigned equipment in good condition
Document customer complaints and participate in weekend/holiday on-call support rotation
