Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Educate healthcare providers, infusion nurses, patients, and caregivers on DMD therapies and infusion processes
- Serve as disease state expert, maintaining current knowledge on DMD genetics, disease progression, and treatment landscape
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to support therapy journey
- Conduct telephone triage calls during rotating on-call shifts, interpreting medical information and liaising with physicians
- Support infusion center transitions to home infusion, collaborate with specialty pharmacy and patient assistance programs
