Role summary
Zimmer Biomet seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive adoption of the ROSA™ robotic shoulder system across EMEA markets. The role combines clinical expertise with sales support, including surgeon training, hospital onboarding, and coordination with field teams to expand robotic-assisted procedure utilization.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years medical device industry experience
- Minimum 3 years clinical sales or orthopedic joint replacement experience
- Business fluency in German and English
- Prior robotics or advanced equipment experience preferred
- Project management skills and ability to self-manage scheduling
What you'll be doing
- Serve as clinical subject matter expert and procedure specialist for ROSA™ robotic system
- Facilitate hospital transition from conventional to robotic-assisted surgery through training and onboarding
- Lead educational activities at congresses and promote ROSA™ utilization across EMEA region
- Develop multi-disciplinary hospital implementation plans with sales teams to increase procedure volume
- Train surgical teams, OR staff, sterilization teams, and radiology departments on ROSA™ system operation
