Role summary
Eurofins seeks a Drug Substance CDMO Relationship Manager to serve as the dedicated point of contact for drug substance vendor partnerships, managing logistics, scheduling, and performance tracking across late-stage and early-phase programs in the Boston area.

- Bachelor's degree in science with 4+ years CDMO/vendor relationship management experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years
- Direct experience owning a CDMO or key supplier relationship
- Proven collaboration with product development, manufacturing, and quality teams on technical KPIs and change control
- Strong interpersonal and facilitative skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and/or Smartsheet
- Excellent written communication for agendas, minutes, and governance reporting
- Understanding of cGMP requirements for pharmaceutical products
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary contact for day-to-day vendor interactions, communications triage, and escalation management
- Own scheduling and logistics for recurring vendor meetings, site visits, and workshops across time zones
- Track and coordinate batch record and GMP documentation review cycles, resolving bottlenecks
- Maintain master trackers of vendor meeting cadences, deliverables, deadlines, and document version control
- Support QA and product development in deviation tracking, KPI compilation, and scorecard maintenance for vendor performance
Compensation$40.00-$49.00 per hour based on education and experience
