Role summary
Co-op opportunity for undergraduate or graduate students to execute downstream purification and characterization experiments in biologics process development. What you'll be doing
- Execute scale-down studies and purification experiments using FPLC and liquid chromatography
- Perform buffer formulation, resin selection, and filter loading studies
- Conduct protein characterization via A280, SEC, SDS-PAGE, and cIEF analysis
- Maintain lab equipment, verify functionality, and record data and observations
- Support formulation and stability studies with statistical analysis
Compensation$28–$32 USD hourly
