AbbVie seeks a Domain Architect for Salesforce Ecosystem to govern architecture standards and oversee approximately 32 critical applications across the global commercial business. Progressive enterprise, domain, or solution architecture experience with demonstrated Salesforce platform expertise at enterprise scale
Deep architectural knowledge across multiple Salesforce clouds including at least two of Sales, Service, Health, Marketing, Commerce, or Data Cloud
Mastery of Salesforce data model, sharing and security model, platform limits, and governor constraints
Hands-on experience with Salesforce org strategy, multi-org design, connected orgs, and sandbox topology
Track record owning large, complex implementation programs and managing cross-functional technical teams

What you'll be doing

Own ecosystem roadmap, architecture standards, and design review operations governing 32 critical Salesforce applications
Lead Domain Review Board reviews and enforce architecture compliance across all Salesforce initiatives company-wide
Author and maintain Salesforce Standards Library covering data model conventions, integration patterns, and deployment standards
Evaluate and govern Agentforce agents, AgentExchange listings, and new Salesforce capability adoption decisions
Serve as primary architecture relationship owner with Salesforce vendor; conduct quarterly strategic reviews and track product direction
