Role summary

- Knowledge of neuromodulation product lines and customer base
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve district sales and revenue targets for assigned therapy products
- Train, coach, and develop sales personnel on product knowledge, skills, and territory management
- Manage district budgets, forecasts, inventory, and expenses; negotiate pricing and contract issues
- Recruit, interview, and hire sales candidates to maintain strong team bench
- Conduct field visits and coordinate sales efforts across assigned region with 50% travel
