Role summary
Medtronic seeks a District Sales Manager for its Neurovascular division covering a five-state territory including Louisville and Indianapolis. What you'll be doing
- Lead, develop, and manage district sales team including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Promote and sell neurovascular products to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, nurses, distributors, and key opinion leaders
- Provide clinical and technical support during cases and assess customer needs for product optimization
- Execute strategic sales initiatives, market development plans, and communicate customer feedback to R&D and marketing
