Role summary

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement lean process improvements to achieve operational goals
- Provide performance feedback, development opportunities, and monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports
- Foster culture of accountability, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while enforcing compliance policies
