What you'll be doing
- Lead design, administration, and improvement of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and 401(k) benefit programs
- Develop comprehensive benefits strategy leveraging data analytics to enhance employee experience and manage long-term costs
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and ROI analysis of benefit programs
- Lead vendor strategy, carrier relationships, contract negotiations, and annual plan renewals
- Build and develop high-performing benefits team while ensuring regulatory compliance with ERISA, COBRA, and FMLA
