AstraZeneca seeks a Director of Translational Science to lead the Translational Pathology portfolio in Cambridge. What you'll be doing

Provide scientific leadership and oversight of the Translational Pathology portfolio to ensure studies generate fit-for-purpose data
Develop and challenge experimental plans, assay strategies, controls, endpoints, and analytical approaches across active projects
Maintain integrated view of project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs across the portfolio
Lead assigned scientific projects including experimental design, pathology review, data interpretation, and output delivery
Ensure pathology activities comply with GCP, approved protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
