Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Director of Tax Operations to manage global tax reporting, compliance, and accounting functions across the US and Ireland. - Strong US federal and state income tax experience with indirect tax exposure
- Big 4 and in-house tax experience combination strongly preferred
- Leadership experience with tax technology, automation, or data analytics initiatives
What you'll be doing
- Manage ASC 740 tax accounting including provisions, reconciliations, and external audit coordination
- Ensure SOX-compliant internal controls over tax reporting processes and AI-enabled workflows
- Oversee US federal, state, and international tax compliance, filings, and audit-ready documentation
- Lead tax operations AI strategy by identifying use cases, piloting solutions, and establishing guardrails
- Partner with Tax Strategy and cross-functional teams while developing the Tax Operations team
