What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Extensive commercial supply chain experience in biopharma or life sciences
- Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, S&OP leadership, and supply issue resolution
- Experience supporting both small molecule and biologic commercial products
- Prior regional or matrixed leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in planning systems (SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP) and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, and regulated environment knowledge
What you'll be doing
- Lead demand planning for all commercial regional products with Global Trade Operations and Finance teams
- Own and facilitate regional S&OP process ensuring consensus on demand and supply alignment
- Serve as primary regional contact for commercial supply escalations and backorder management
- Track and report key supply chain KPIs including forecast accuracy, OTIF, and inventory health
- Partner with Commercial, Regulatory, and Quality teams on product launches and market expansions
