What you'll be doing
- Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning and alignment processes with senior leadership on long-term priorities
- Establish and manage enterprise operating rhythm including planning cycles, business reviews, and strategic forums
- Define enterprise KPIs and performance indicators; maintain scorecards and synthesize performance trends for leadership insights
- Coordinate executive reviews and craft strategy narratives and communication materials for organization-wide understanding
- Scan external trends, identify organizational capability gaps, and partner with teams to build aligned skills
