  • 12+ years relevant experience in clinical research, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments
  • Extensive cardiovascular testing expertise including ECGs, Holter monitoring, arrhythmia monitoring, wearables, MCOT
  • Demonstrated device support experience in clinical trials; decentralized/hybrid trial experience preferred
  • Strong ICH E14 guidelines knowledge and regulatory requirements understanding (FDA, EMA, CFDA)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong technical aptitude and leadership ability
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in matrix environments

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as subject matter expert for pre-sales activities including technical demonstrations and bid defense leadership
  • Lead customer engagements on large direct and full-service ECG opportunities to meet bookings targets
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, presentation materials, marketing initiatives, pricing inputs, and conference participation
  • Evaluate emerging digital health and connected device solutions for strategic alignment and roadmap fit
  • Manage customer relationships through client meetings and RFI/RFP development and response support
