Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Regional Market Access Lead to develop and execute European market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for its neurology portfolio. The role involves collaborating across global and local teams in a hybrid arrangement based in Paris or other European locations.

- Deep knowledge of European payer systems and reimbursement frameworks
- Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, or business preferred
- Fluent English; additional European language and neurology background advantageous

- Lead and align European market access strategies with global objectives and country-specific requirements
- Monitor evolving payer trends, healthcare policies, and reimbursement frameworks across European markets
- Represent European region in global strategy discussions and contribute to future approach development
- Support Health Technology Assessment dossiers, mock payer negotiations, and stakeholder engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with payers, policymakers, and patient advocacy organizations
Compensation€100,275.00 - €167,125.00 annually
