Role summary
Director Proposals, Flex leads development of complex functional service provider proposals across clinical development functions at a global CRO. The role involves translating client needs into scalable solutions, managing the full proposal cycle, and collaborating across multiple departments to shape commercial strategy.

What you'll be doing
- Lead development of complex FSP proposals across biometrics, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, medical writing, regulatory, and other functional areas
- Manage full-cycle proposal development including client interface, strategy definition, internal coordination, and timely submission
- Collaborate with finance and functional leaders to develop resource-based pricing models and multi-year workforce strategies
- Develop and maintain FSP proposal standards, tools, templates, and best practices; train team on FSP solutioning and pricing methodologies
- Coordinate with business development, contracts, and legal on proposal negotiations, bid defenses, and tracking
Compensation$117,500–$233,000 annually
