Role summary

Director-level engineering position leading large global projects and programs across cross-functional teams in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Responsible for strategic planning, risk management, budget oversight, and alignment of project outcomes with corporate objectives.

Direct global teams and task forces to establish procedures, standards, and best practices
Present major programs to executive management and serve as organizational spokesperson
Mentor senior staff and integrate lessons across disciplines to optimize project outcomes
