What you'll be doing

Serve as primary HR partner for Spain organization, delivering strategic and operational HR support
Manage Works Council relationships including preparation, consultation, meetings, and documentation
Lead employee relations activities including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Advise managers on Spanish employment legislation, labor regulations, and HR policies
Coach leaders through organizational change and complex people situations
