- Establish supplier segmentation models and differentiated engagement approaches for various supplier tiers
- Assess portfolio performance and identify gaps, white-space opportunities, and category expansion possibilities
- Build and lead team of Supplier Strategy Specialists while coaching on category analysis and executive engagement
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Bioproduction Services leadership on growth initiatives and strategic opportunities
