Experience in data, analytics, pharmaceutical, or shared-services environments preferred

What you'll be doing

Develop and evolve the GDO performance framework, scorecards, and KPIs aligned with strategic priorities
Lead performance reviews for GDO Leadership Team, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Establish consistent approaches to benefits tracking and value realization across programs and services
Coordinate operating rhythm, planning cycles, and governance forums to align priorities across enterprise partners
Partner with Communications and Leadership to translate strategy into clear internal communications and execution
