What you'll be doing

Lead accounting technology strategy, roadmap, and governance for Oracle EBS and related finance systems
Oversee design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle EBS financial modules
Drive process improvements and automation across accounting operations including close, reconciliations, and reporting
Partner with Controllership, Compliance, and Internal Audit to maintain strong internal control environments and SOX compliance
Lead, mentor, and develop team members supporting accounting systems and finance technology operations
