Establish foundational data and analytics capabilities; lead development of ML/AI decision engines for personalized campaigns
Build cross-functional alignment across digital, analytics, commercial operations, and IT teams on omnichannel strategy
Lead end-to-end delivery of omnichannel capabilities, defining quarterly priorities and ensuring measurable business value
