Define omnichannel vision and operating model; drive adoption of personalized customer journeys using Veeva and analytics
Own CRM strategy, evolution and platform optimization; build Customer 360 ecosystem with advanced analytics capabilities
Lead AI commercial strategy; identify opportunities and deploy AI-enabled solutions across commercial functions
Develop commercial learning and development curriculum covering omnichannel, analytics, AI fluency, and leadership skills
