What you'll be doing

Serve as in-country medical lead for hematology programs and scientific initiatives
Lead and develop hematology medical team through mentoring, hiring, training, and performance management
Support clinical development through investigator engagement, site identification, and research activities
Deliver scientific presentations to physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare partners
Provide medical input to commercialization, market access, launch readiness, and lifecycle strategies

Compensation€121,800–€203,000 annually
