What you'll be doing

Set AI-first vision and strategy for trial operations technology portfolio to eliminate manual work
Lead product roadmap development and IT investment prioritization across BMS, sites, and CROs
Coach, mentor, and develop 6 direct reports and 10-15 matrixed contributors with accountability for growth
Drive disciplined execution of multimillion-dollar IT investment and run spend budgets
Engage vendors, industry peers, and technology leaders to advance BMS's clinical trial innovation position
