Role summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Director of IT Enterprise Architecture to lead strategic technology decisions and target-state architecture design across the enterprise. 15+ years progressive IT experience in regulated industries covering design, development, architecture
Extensive knowledge of enterprise platforms: ERP, CRM, QMS, PLM, LMS, life-sciences systems
Expert-level cloud architecture experience with Oracle Fusion, Azure, AWS, GCP
Proficiency in data management, master data management, Snowflake, Databricks
Understanding of AI/ML technologies and DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
Strong knowledge of data security, privacy, compliance; TOGAF or Zachman certifications preferred

What you'll be doing

Define and evolve enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architectures, and multi-year technology roadmaps aligned to business priorities
Establish governance frameworks, conduct architecture reviews, oversee solution design and platform investment decisions
Lead modernization efforts to streamline application portfolio, migrate legacy systems, and reduce technical debt
Define enterprise standards, design patterns, API strategies, and integration architectures for seamless data exchange
Ensure architectural solutions comply with GxP, GDPR, FDA guidance, and embed security and privacy throughout technology layers
