What you'll be doing

Lead the International Commercial Excellence Team and serve on IIACO Leadership Team
Deliver core commercial excellence programs including strategic account planning, field KPIs, sales incentives, and go-to-market support
Manage commercial excellence project portfolio with external budget oversight and strategic direction
Provide leadership to employees, contractors, and vendors while building stakeholder relationships across organizational levels
Partner with Data, Technology & Engineering on CRM and field-force tools and systems
