Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead the International Commercial Excellence Team and serve on IIACO Leadership Team
- Deliver core commercial excellence programs including strategic account planning, field KPIs, sales incentives, and go-to-market support
- Manage commercial excellence project portfolio with external budget oversight and strategic direction
- Provide leadership to employees, contractors, and vendors while building stakeholder relationships across organizational levels
- Partner with Data, Technology & Engineering on CRM and field-force tools and systems
