What you'll be doing

Provide HRBP support model services to executive team members and their departments
Partner with Senior Director on designing, delivering, and assessing learning and development initiatives
Promote employee awareness and participation in HR programs including performance management
Develop, recommend, and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with employment laws
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and termination processes

Compensation$238,900-$281,100 base
