Conduct market research and acquire customer insights through advisory boards, focus groups, and primary research
Collaborate with DTC, HCP, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure culturally appropriate, compliant content
Identify and partner with thought leaders, community organizations, and advocacy groups in underserved communities
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives
