Role summary
AbbVie seeks a scientific leader to direct the Protein Sciences function and drive strategy for delivering high-quality protein reagents and target-enabling solutions across discovery programs. - Lead cross-functional partnerships to influence discovery strategies and address target-enabling challenges
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI/ML approaches and next-generation protein production platforms
- Build and develop a high-performing organization while fostering scientific rigor and continuous improvement
- Manage project intake, resource planning, external collaborations, and CRO partnerships
