Role summary

Knowledge of ICH Q2/Q14 guidelines and analytical method validation frameworks
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive global change initiatives

What you'll be doing

Manage subject matter experts across vaccine franchises and provide technical oversight of analytical testing
Oversee method lifecycle management, reference standards strategy, and critical reagent coordination
Interface with quality labs, development teams, CMC-regulatory, and external laboratory partners
Support analytical investigations, regulatory submissions, method validation, and transfer activities
Drive method optimization, assay performance monitoring, and modernization initiatives
