Role summary

Cytokinetics seeks a Director of Operational Excellence to lead process improvement and operational efficiency across global supply chain, external manufacturing, and technical operations. Strong understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements, and external manufacturing complexities
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent strongly preferred
Proven track record delivering measurable improvements in cost reduction and process efficiency
Exceptional project management, change management, and cross-functional facilitation skills

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with business goals across supply chain and manufacturing
Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping methodologies
Collaborate with CMOs/CDMOs to assess and improve external manufacturing performance and KPIs
Design and sustain Tiered Management System for daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking across the network
Build organizational capabilities through training and coaching on OpEx tools and change leadership
