Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Global Strategic Marketing for ICOTYDE in plaque psoriasis. This role leads commercial strategy and cross-functional execution within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization, based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, reporting to the Senior Director of Dermatology & Rheumatology.

Minimum 5 years in-line marketing, insights, consulting, or sales management executing strategy
Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and drive decision-making
Immunology experience preferred
Senior brand responsibility or product launch experience preferred
Strong executive, verbal, and written communication with demonstrated presentation skills

What you'll be doing

Lead cross-functional team through Marketing Excellence framework phases
Partner with R&D and regional teams on label-working groups and compound development teams
Coordinate regional commercial strategy development, messaging, and Global Commercial Team alignment
Lead competitor evaluation and mitigation across the psoriatic portfolio
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and analytics on value propositions and commercial forecasting
