Merck seeks a Director of Global Scientific Content for Oncology (Breast & Gynecological Malignancies) to lead the development and execution of scientific content strategy within the Value & Implementation organization. What you'll be doing

  • Lead development and execution of annual Global Scientific and Value Content plans for assigned products and disease states
  • Create, review, and approve scientific content materials including medical information documents, slide decks, and digital assets
  • Coordinate cross-functional partnerships across Global Medical Affairs, Outcomes Research, Compliance, and other teams globally
  • Mentor junior staff and serve as subject-matter expert on breast and gynecological malignancies
  • Identify process improvements and lead departmental initiatives that enhance GSVC functions and cross-functional collaboration
