Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Director to lead Global Patient Safety Sciences Delivery for rare disease operations. The role oversees safety data processing, signal management, and regulatory reporting while building and developing a team of Safety Scientists across a growing portfolio.

What you'll be doing
- Develop standardized processes, templates, and practices for signal detection and safety document authoring across rare disease portfolio
- Ensure compliance and quality management of safety delivery activities through SOPs and monitoring tools
- Lead signal detection coordination and management including Safety Monitoring Team oversight and Signal Evaluation Reports
- Analyze aggregate safety data to identify emerging safety issues and support benefit-risk assessments for periodic reports
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing Safety Sciences team with succession planning and talent development
