What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop a team of Safety Scientists; manage succession planning and talent pipelines
- Develop standardized processes, templates, and SOPs for signal detection and safety document authoring across products
- Coordinate all aspects of signal management including Safety Monitoring Teams and Signal Evaluation Reports
- Analyze aggregate safety data to identify emerging safety issues and support periodic safety report delivery
- Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Biostats teams on benefit-risk assessments
