What you'll be doing

Develop and implement standardized processes, templates, and practices across General Medicine products
Ensure compliance and quality management of safety surveillance and aggregate reporting activities
Lead signal detection coordination and signal management across General Medicine including SMT, SSP, and SER
Analyze aggregate safety data to identify emerging safety issues and patterns
Build, coach, and scale high-performing team of Safety Scientists with succession planning focus
