Coordinate alliance-related portfolio lifecycle management activities and integrate portfolio processes into alliance operations
Serve as central coordination point across internal and external stakeholders to facilitate alignment and informed decision-making
Identify and help resolve cross-company alignment issues related to priorities, timelines, resources, and execution risks
