What you'll be doing

Develop and execute integrated global pricing, reimbursement, and launch strategies for assigned cell therapy assets
Define global pricing strategy, price corridors, and access archetypes balancing patient access and value sustainability
Serve as worldwide market access lead for global product teams, embedding payer perspectives into development strategies
Lead cross-functional market access forums, ensuring alignment across functions and geographies
Monitor external environment and continuously adapt market access strategy throughout asset lifecycle
