Lead global production operations teams across North America, Europe, and Asia on delivery and operational excellence
Oversee thousands of annual content production projects across web, CRM, Veeva, print, localization, and omnichannel channels
Manage global ecosystem of production agencies, creative partners, and vendors; establish performance frameworks and governance
Define operating model, governance framework, and service levels for global content production organization
Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled solutions, and modular content to improve productivity, quality, and scalability
