What you'll be doing

Lead team of 7 direct reports with span of control of 20; serve as primary finance partner to VP Global Operations
Oversee annual operating plan development, monthly actuals, and forecasting for global manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and logistics
Design and communicate early indicator metrics to senior management; identify operational improvement opportunities
Own capital appropriation process and ensure alignment with financial commitments and company policies
Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with quality, engineering, procurement, and other functions on operational efficiency
