- Translate strategic direction into actionable program plans with clear governance, timelines, responsibilities, and decision pathways
- Plan and execute major national meetings including Regional Reviews, National Sales Meetings, and Fast Start sessions
- Serve as key liaison between Field Sales, field-facing teams, and home-office functions to identify implications and coordinate implementation
- Identify process improvements and support initiatives to streamline field-facing platforms, communications, and technology systems
